I am very excited to announce the launch of my new blog! The new blog has more customizations, a flash header, larger photos, and allows visitors to view my work by category. So, visitors can view all sessions I have done in each category separately (i.e. engagement, maternity, newborn, family, etc.). The new blog is easy to use, and shares a lot of the same information with my main website. My favorite feature is that the new blog allows me to show larger photos, and I will also be using post templates to showcase my favorites in a storyboard fashion from your session. I will no longer be doing the flickr slideshows or the slideshows with music. *If you would like a slideshow set to music featured on my blog and a DVD copy that plays on the computer and TV, it is an extra $75. Repeat clients and referrals may use their $25 print credit toward the slideshow.

Rusk Family 2010 | Sanibel Family Photographer

This was the third year in a row that the Rusk family came down and had family portraits taken. It has been so special for me to see this family every year and watch the boys grow! The boys were absolutely adorable, and Sanibel was the perfect spot for the shoot. We explored the nature trail and headed to the beach with the lighthouse, which was a great backdrop! It was a beautiful evening, and we got some amazing, fun shots. This family is always so playful, and I love that they can be themselves and relax for those natural shots. I loved seeing their personalities shine through and the brothers having so much fun together! Their slideshow turned out so beautiful too! Enjoy!

Howerton Family 2010 | Fort Myers Family Photographer

The Howerton family asked me to take their family portraits for the second year in a row and I was super excited! This family is so sweet and the kids are always a blast! This time we went to downtown Fort Myers for the shoot. Last year I got a really neat photo of them with a ton of birds, so this year I was pleasantly surprised when we found a bunch birds on the beach! We got some neat pictures where it looks like they are standing on the water, and we even visited an ice cream shop! It was great seeing them again, and I truly appreciate having them as repeat clients!

So, after much thought, I have decided to offer professional prints through an online ordering site for my clients, and their family and friends. My clients will still receive a CD of their photos because I think it is important that they have all their special memories from their photoshoot, but I also realize the need to offer professional prints at an affordable price. After researching my options, I have decided to use Bay Photos out of California, as they have a great reputation and make fabulous prints! They offer many products and canvas prints as well. There is also a "download" option where you may choose to pay to download the photo to your computer and have it instantly. I am very excited to be able to offer my clients, and their family and friends, these additional options!!!

On my client site, each album has its own password. So, after I finish a photoshoot, I will email my clients their password, and they are welcome to share it with family and friends. Once inside your album, you will see all the photos taken during the session. After clicking on a photo of your choice, you will be able to select "Buy" and the next screen will show you the options of print sizes, products, and downloads available. Once you have completed your order, you will be able to pay online through your shopping cart. If you have any questions during the process, please feel free to ask.

This new ordering site will give clients access to professional prints and products at affordable prices so they can cherish and share their precious memories from their session. I am also excited that their family and friends will be able to view all the photos and order their own prints/downloads, especially if they don't live near the clients.

FREE PRINT CREDIT!!! To celebrate this new addition to my business, and in appreciation of my repeat clients and referrals, I will be offering print credit. All repeat clients will receive a $25 print credit. For referrals, both the client who referred me, and the referred clients, will receive $25 in print credit.

Pink Heals Tour 2010 | Naples Photographer

The "Guardians of the Ribbon" and their pink firetrucks came to Naples over the weekend! They tour the country honoring women and supporting the fight against cancer. I was truly honored to be a part of this event by photographing the day's activities. We welcomed the trucks at Harley Davidson of Naples, then headed out to different areas around town to promote awareness. I got to ride in the truck, Karen, to the Super Walmart with firemen, Phil & Jay. I was able to capture the truck signing by those who have survived cancer and those who are battling it, as well as the warm embrace they received from the firemen in pink. Afterward, everyone headed to the Mercato in Naples for the evening's events. I was priveledged to have captured the procession of the firetrucks from the bucket of a tower truck raised over the street and I got some amazing aerial shots! The night was so much fun with a band, police dog demonstration, face painting, dunk tank, Barron Collier band, Naples High cheerleaders, silent auction, etc.

I want to thank all the volunteers, everyone involved, and my friends and family who came out to support this cause with me. I am truly grateful to have been a part of it.

Lexy's Senior Portraits | Naples Senior Portrait Photographer

Lexy and her Mom met up with me in Naples and we took her senior portraits at the Waterside shops and then headed to Clams Pass beach. Lexy is such a beautiful girl inside and out and it was a joy to photograph her. Her Mom was so sweet too and we all had a lot of fun! We even borrowed a shopper's little dog for some adorable shots! I wish Lexy all the best in her senior year and in her search for college.

Brock Newborn | Naples Newborn Photographer

I have been taking this family's Christmas pictures for the past two years, so I was thrilled when they asked me to take newborn pictures of their newest addition, Brock. He is an absolutely beautiful baby and was super sleepy and a great sport for his photoshoot! I couldn't believe how much his big brother has grown since I last saw him and now he is 2! These two are going to have a blast growing up together! I thought it was so neat to see the wonderful support system this family has as they had helpers on their photoshoot day! I can't wait to take this family's 3rd annual Christmas photos this year! :)

Betcy & Jeremiah Engagement | Bonita Springs Engagement Photographer

Betcy and Jeremiah were such a fun couple to photograph. Betcy is from Canada and Jeremiah lives down here, so they are super excited to get married this Decemeber and finally be together! We met at the dog beach and did some formal shots, then they changed into their beach clothes and we got some great shots with their pit bull, Tank. During the shoot, they always kept each other laughing and had a great time just playing together. When we got to the beach, the sun was absolutely gorgeous - a hazy yellow/orange that's perfect for those romantic shots! We were also blessed with a rainbow on the other side! It was such an amazing night, and I am happy to have met the couple and wish them the very best!

Cheryl & Elmer's Wedding | Naples Beach Wedding Photographer

Cheryl & Elmer asked me to photograph their beach wedding ceremony, and I was happy to do it! They were such a sweet couple, and they had a very beautiful, small ceremony where they stood in a heart of flowers on the beach as they said their vows. Afterward, we had a blast with the bride and groom photo shoot! This couple was up for anything and we got to use some gorgeous rocks that made for some very romantic shots! I had such a good time photographing their special day, that I decided to open up my photography services to beach wedding ceremonies, and I'm super excited! Congratulations to this beautiful couple and I wish them the very best!

Max Newborn | Naples Newborn Photographer

I photographed this family about a year ago for Audrina's 1-year-old portraits, so I was so excited they asked me to do a newborn shoot of their new addition, Max! Max is absolutely adorable and is such a sweet baby. It took him a little bit to fall asleep, but when he did, we got some beautiful shots! His sweet, squishy little face is soo cute! Mom and Dad are UF graduates, so I was excited when I found out we got to incorporate some Gator socks into the shoot! I was also able to take some 2-year-old shots of little Adie, and she was as cute as always! I love so many of these photos, it was hard to choose my favorites to post here. Enjoy!

Abbott & Skinner Families 2010 | Fort Myers Family Photographer

The Abbott family was one of my very first large families to photograph over two years ago. It was such an honor that they invited me back for another family photoshoot, and this time it was at the beach and with the Skinner family too! I couldn't believe how much the kids have grown, and there were more added to the mix! We had a blast running around Bowditch Park, and the kids enjoyed blowing bubbles on the beach. They made me feel so comfortable two years ago when I was first starting out, and they had the same warmth this time around. I really appreciate their support and their repeat business.

Trish came down from Massachusetts to vacation in Naples with her family and wanted her senior portraits on the beach. She loves the beach, so we had fun running around the Naples pier. Dana and PJ came down from Chicago to have their intimate wedding on Barefoot Beach. They were such a sweet couple and so in love with each other. Dana looked gorgeous in her dress, and their kids were so much fun and so well behaved! I loved their ceremony set up, it was perfect for the beach - natural and beautiful. Paige came down from Chicago to visit her cousin Wendy, who happens to be a good friend of mine! So, she wanted her senior pictures done and we met up in downtown Naples for the shoot. Paige was super sweet and adorable! We ran around downtown and even got to dance to live music, then we headed to the beach for sunset. She looks absolutely beautiful in all her photos! It was neat talking to her because she is so passionate about the sciences and becoming a nurse. I know she will do great things in college next year. Congrats!

Julie & Billy's Wedding | Naples Beach Wedding Photographer

My little sister got married in Key West and we had an amazing time with family and friends celebrating their beautiful wedding! These two make each other so happy and are a great couple! The second song in the slideshow was dedicated to Julie from Billy with Jay Sean singing Julie's name throughout - so sweet!!! My husband assisted me with the photography and I want to thank him very much for everything he did! We wish the happy couple the very best in their marriage and hope to make fun memories with them in the future! Love you both!

The Suh family wanted a family portrait in celebration of their Dad's birthday! They live all around the country, so being able to do this shoot together was very special and important to them. The little ones were shy at first, but it didn't take very long for them to start hamming it up! Boys are so much fun - they love being silly! I photographed Tess about a month ago for her maternity photos, and now it is the twins' debut. I am so lucky to have been able to capture them when they were so little.
